Interview Process

@Nannycare R' Us  we invite each applicant to go through our standard process of hire. We then set up a meet n' greet between the families and nannies. Each family will be able to interview up to four potential applicants. Every meeting is in a public setting. The are two meet n'greets before an applicant is chosen. The first meeting is between the Parent(s) and Nanny.  The second meet will be with Family and Nanny.  This allows the Nanny to engage with the child/ children to see if the position is a right fit.  If the child/ children welcomes the Nanny with ease, we call this process "sealing the deal"  we want the transition of either new Nanny or replacement care too be as comfortable as possible.
